Concessions and Gate Responsibilities

The profit earned from game admission fees and concessions stand income during volleyball and basketball home games is a supplement to the athletic fees for every Westminster sport. Because this benefits all families who participate in Westminster athletics, each family with a participating student is assigned a shift or two at either the concessions stand or the gate during the appropriate seasons (volleyball, spring soccer, track, and tennis are assigned to volleyball season; basketball, fall soccer, cross country, swimming, and golf are assigned to basketball season; CBLL and trap are exempt).  One adult member of the family is responsible to cover the assigned shift or to switch shifts with another family.  Please inform the athletics department (athletics@wamemphis.com) of all changes so that the schedule can be updated in a timely fashion.  We thank you in advance for your willingness to help serve our community in this manner!
