Students from University Heights, an underfunded Bronx public school, visit Fieldstone, an elite private school. Technically the schools are 3 miles apart, but in terms of the campus and opportunities, they feel worlds apart.
Act 1: A special focus on Melanie, who freaks out upon first seeing Fieldstone.
Act 2: A special focus on Jonathan, who never saw himself going to college, and Raquel, who was determined to make it.
