Reading assessments are done once a trimester. Levels and goals will be sent home at that time. In general if you are searching for 5th or 6th grade level book for your child you can Google “Great Books at Fountas and Pinnel Level [T, U, V]”
District math assessments will often be done in a program called Illuminate. There are also Unit tests sent home after each math unit, to gauge how your child is going in math.
Report Cards will be given out at the end of every trimester.

Weekly Newsletters will be emailed out to you every Friday (usually) with important class updates.
This will be my main way of class communication, but occasionally there may be an extra email if I missed something in the newsletter.
