All About Mrs. Macy

This is my tenth year as an elementary school teacher, and my fourth year teaching at Murwood Elementary School. I previously taught at Alameda Unified School District, and before that, I taught at West Contra Costa Unified School District. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor’s in Psychology (GO BEARS!). I also received my teaching credential and a Master’s in Education from Loyola Marymount University. I grew up in Walnut Creek and attended Walnut Creek schools (Bancroft Elementary School, Walnut Creek Intermediate). I currently live in Walnut Creek with my husband and our puppy, Teddy. I like to travel, read, and go on walks with our puppy in my free time. I look forward to getting to know all of you this school year!
