Public Shows 

The Smith Planetarium presents public shows throughout the school year. These typically run from Aug. to May and are always given on the first Sun. and last Tues. of each month. During the holiday season (between Thanksgiving & Christmas) the planetarium presents special holiday shows every Tues. & Sun. The planetarium also presents light shows throughout the year. These are typically held on the third Tues. of each month. A schedule will be provided each year on our social media pages.  

From time to time, the planetarium hosts special stargazing events that are open to the general public. These events are dependent upon the weather and viewing conditions and offer our guests the opportunity to view celestial objects or events through a telescope.  Our viewing sessions are free to the public and will be announced in advance.

Admission

Regular planetarium shows: $5 Adult  $4 Child

Light shows : $5 per seat

Donations are always welcomed & appreciated
