The secondary mark should not be the first representation of the brand a customer encounters. When in doubt, the primary logo should be used first, and most often, while the secondary mark is used sparingly to support other brand components. The secondary mark naturally lends itself to small scale applications such as a favicon.
The secondary mark should appear in limited color options as supplied. For light backgrounds, the dual color mark is always the preferred option. Suggested color uses are shown below.
The secondary mark should always be used with clear space around it. The clear space is determined by the height of the capital ‘U’ in Unistrut. Do not add any graphic elements within this zone. The logo files provided will include the correct clear space.
On dark backgrounds the logo above is the preferred option.
In instances where colors are limited or when applying the mark over a photo, use the logo as shown above.
Do not add graphic effects to the mark. This includes but is not limited to: drop shadows, feathering, and lighting effects.
Do not change the proportions of the mark or skew it.
Do not apply color fills or modify the colors of the approved mark.
