Cleaning Fee: $180.00

HI GET: 4.166% HI TAT: 9.25%

Refundable Damage Deposit: $500.00 (will be refunded within three business days from Check-Out assuming there is no damage)

25% deposit required with booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Full refund if cancelled no less than 60 days before check in date. No refund less than 60 days prior to the check-in date.

The unit is for maximum six-person occupancy.

To ensure an exceptional experience, we provide our guests with hotel grade supplies such as three full sets of towels and three rolls of toilet paper at each bathroom, soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, detergents, hand soap, paper towel, Kleenex, and trash bags. $20/night, report fee, is included in our rates.
