We are Susan & David, CPAs and enthusiastic travelers who have visited or lived in several countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, and continue to travel the world…now with our young daughter. After all of that exploring, we found a few favorite spots that we kept returning to again and again. Kauai is definitely one of those! Owning a vacation rental on Hawaii’s most beautiful island is a great excuse to visit paradise every once in a while.

Why Susan & David chose Coconut Coast

Waipouli Beach Resort is the only oceanfront resort built in Kauai in the last 30 years, and we had the privilege of watching this jewel rise from the dirt to become the most desirable destination on the Coconut Coast. The developer spared no expense building a high-end resort for the most sophisticated travelers, with gorgeous grounds and luxury condo suites. Simply stunning.

This condo not only has a beautiful oceanfront setting (though that’s a big plus)…it’s beautiful inside, too. We carefully selected every detail—from contemporary furnishing to organic, non-toxic bedding—to accommodate the tastes of the most sophisticated guests. The result is a contemporary, luxurious space that we want to live in ourselves! But we also want to share it with others.

To ensure an exceptional experience, we provide our guests with hotel grade supplies such as three full sets of towels and three rolls of toilet paper at each bathroom, soaps/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, detergents, hand soap, paper towel, Kleenex, and trash bags.
