The condo was awesome. So clean and comfortable. Also, Oasis on the Beach, one of the most famous restaurant in Kauai, is so close. We spent fabulous vacation. I wanna visit here again with my parents.

The property was extraordinary. The condo unit H205 was very beautiful and well kept. Definitely worth the money. ♡♡♡ The restaurant on the property is not recommended. The service was great, however the food was not.

Paradise found! Our family visited Waipouli H205 this summer and the unit has it all.
LOCATION : The location of the unit is spectacular. Every window of the unit offers sweeping ocean views backed by a manicured and private green belt. This was important for us to be on the quite side of the building without the traffic of the pool. If you open the slider you can only hear the ocean or leave it shut for complete silence. The unit is within walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, and downtown Kapaa.
THE AMENITIES: This unit is fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dish ware, even a rice cooker to boot. Being able to cook from the unit was a huge convenience for us and saved us hundreds from having to eat out for every meal. The two huge Jacuzzi tubs are very luxurious and are an excellent way to wind down the day.
THE SERVICE: Susan and David were our hosts and ensured our stay was top notch. Booking was a breeze and Susan was incredibly responsive to our last-minute inquiries. Their personal touch was the icing on the cake for a successful and very relaxing vacation. MAHALO can’t wait to come back.

This rental home was perfect for family vacation. Spacious kitchen is filled with perfect cook wares and dishes. Even rice cooker, coffee maker, and toast oven made us table fantastic. Most of all, two roomy bathrooms were very luxury and third washer room was very convenient to five people. Especially breakfast in balcony is unforgettable memory. Red hair birds were singing around us and sound of ocean wave gave us peaceful mind. We enjoyed scenic ocean view all day long. Can you imagine waking up just in front of ocean and looking out waves and palm trees all the time while staying this unit? My niece was happy with well-designed swimming pool. Especially two slides and lazy river made her feel in the waterpark. Safeway market, Starbucks, McDonald’s, and various markets as well as restaurants are located just across Waipouli resort. I definitely would like to recommend this rental home to my friends and acquaintances.

My family stayed 10 days in Kauai in unit H205. We were beyond pleased. This unit exceeded our expectations. Everything you could possible need is there. The owner, Susan, is extremely helpful and quick to respond to my questions. All the beds are extremely comfortable and I love the modern furniture. We had beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and so much more.
The views are gorgeous and the pool will keep your kids entertained for hours. We will definitely be returning to Kauai and staying in unit H205. Thank you for everything Susan.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 11 wonderful nights over the holiday season and we couldn't be more happy. Throughout the booking process Vadim was very helpful and quick with his response time to any questions that I had. Prior to arrival he sent out a very detailed email regarding the check in process including directions from the airport, map of the resort, access codes and some fun things to do around the island. We travelled from Florida with two kids... it was a long travel day and we didn't arrive at the condo until almost 11pm. I was dreading a long check in policy, but was extremely satisfied to learn that there was no "check in" we simply parked and went directly to our condo and accessed entry with the codes provided by Vadim. The condo was very clean and inviting. The housekeeper was great... she left some special treats for our stay and card in case we needed her services. The condo was we ll equipped with top of the line appliances. The beds were very comfortable. We were also very appreciative that there were coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear available for us to borrow throughout our trip. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!! we absolutely loved the condo and loved Kauai!!!

This is my only second time to rent from an owner and it was a very good experience. The owner is very responsive, good with communication and information. The condo is located very near the airport which is nice. It is a nice location because if you want to see the entire island it is about an hour to each end. We did each end on different days and it worked out great. The condo is very impressive, very clean with great view. The pool area is extremely nice, like you would see at a resort. The only downside is the ocean is a little rocky so recommend swim shoes. There are beach towels to use from the pool area, and chairs on the beach to use plus the beach has trees for shade which is very very nice.
We had a very relaxing and fun vacation. I highly recommend it and plan to return and stay at this condo.

A truly remarkable experience. It was our family's first trip to Kauai (2 adults, 2 children, 11 and 15) and everyone loved our stay at Vadim's wonderful condo H205. The view was picturesque every morning as we had breakfast on the lanai to the sound of the ocean and the sight of the colorful, native birds winging through the natural sanctuary located on the grounds of the complex. The interior of the condo is luxurious and tasteful, with ample room in the kitchen to prepare meals and comfortable furniture in which to relax. The bathrooms with their tubs and showers are huge, and Vadim was right: the bed in the master bedroom was so extraordinarily comfortable, we wished we could bring it home with us. The highlight for our 11 year-old was the lazy river and dual slides at the complex as he spent hours swimming in the water. Our 15 year-old enjoyed the 3 different hot tubs and watching the monk seals on the beach while quietly reclining and reading a book. I liked the convenience of the grills by the poolside as we often ate hamburgers, steaks or chicken at the condo. My wife enjoyed the cocktails at The Oasis restaurant and coming back from our day-trips to the coolness of our unit's air-conditioning. We stayed there for 10 days and found that the condo was ideally situated on the Coconut Coast so that trips that were made to Hanalei Bay, Poipu or Waimea Canyon were a convenient distance and were readily accessible by car. The employees at the resort were all very friendly and helpful in accommodating any request we made which helped us to navigate the island more effectively. On a final note, we felt very fortunate to be situated across the street from not only convenient grocery shopping, but in our boys' opinion, the best ice cream on the island: Tropical Dreams. Someday, we hope to go back to Kauai and we would want to stay again at H205 because Vadim's condo is the best unit at Waipouli. Thanks again, Vadim, for a truly wonderful stay!

This was our third trip to the island but the first time to bring our children. We were looking for a perfect mid-island location. The H205 condo far exceeded our expectations. So clean, and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and even kitchen essentials all the way to spices and foil. We saw Monk seals right on the beach, enjoyed the perfect pool, and wonderful ocean views. But, if you travel as much as we do you will value that the condo was quiet, walkable to many restaurants and shops, the online pictures are JUST as the condo is in person, and it is immaculately well kept. All of this made for a wonderful, stress free vacation. We will absolutely book again.

What a wonderful time we had at H205 condo. From the moment we walked in, the condo was exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect size for traveling with our two kids who had just graduated from college. Vadim was excellent in his quick responses to all our questions as well as directions to condo. We loved everything about it. Location was great for its central location as we traveled to both the north shore and west shore several times. The beach was great and we swam in it almost every day. The beach equipment at the condo was a great plus as we used it when we traveled to other beaches on the island. The welcome basket when we got there was a nice plus as the bottle of wine was perfect after our 12 hour flight. The two beds in the second bedroom were great for my son and daughter. The Oasis was a good restaurant and we did enjoy happy hour there a couple of nights. My favorite time was spent early in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony just admiring the view. Glass of wine at night was also relaxing as well. My husband and I would love to come back to this condo especially once we retire. We plan on renting for a month each year. I highly recommend this condo. The only thing we didn't like was leaving to come home. Thanks for sharing your great condo. Mahalo, the Smiths!

This was our first time to Kauai and the trip was made even more phenomenal by the luxurious accommodations at the Waipouli Beach Resort Hotel. It is immaculately well kept and extremely conveniently located. Every room has an ocean view and there's nothing better than to wake up to a magical Hawaiian sunrise and hearing waves hitting the beach. The ambiance, artwork and finish of the property make it a home away from home and all I have to say is that it was one of the best family stays we've had thus far! Look forward to staying again Vadim! Thank you again!

Enjoyed our third stay at Waipouli Beach Resort immensely! Condo was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. The Oasis restaurant for food, drinks and entertainment on Wednesday evenings can't be beat! Condo, grounds and pool were all superb as was the location. Already dreaming of our next visit!

We stayed on Kauai at this fabulous condo for four nights in January 2016. This is a beautiful up scaled condo with everything we needed. Wonderful large kitchen, huge bathrooms and great AC. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Great beds, linens and lots of nice towels. We enjoyed the lanai with the beautiful ocean views. The Resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and just walking around the beautiful landscaped grounds. We ate at the Oasis restaurant, on resort grounds, which was good with great ocean views right on the beach. Pool towels were available to checkout at pool. The beach is not a great swimming beach but great to sit on the lounge chairs while watching the waves, whales and sunrise. One day a very large monk seal took a nape on the beach. For swimming the pool at the resort was amazing for families. We would highly recommend this condo. With a five star rating. And would love to come back and stay in the future.

This unit (H205) was just perfect for our family. The view of the ocean is splendid and it could be seen from every room. The condo was very well furnished and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We found coolers, snorkeling gear, portable beach chairs, etc. It was as if we were in our own vacation home, and the owner was lightning fast to respond to any request.
Apparently the condo has a new owner who also manages a one-bedroom unit in the same building. We are glad we chose the two-bedroom unit. It’s appointed with very nice modern furniture which is comfortable and low profile, with high-quality art work on the walls. My husband and I came with his parents, so a two bedroom arrangement was perfect for us. Everyone had a private space and separate bathroom with shower and huge bathtub. Unit H-205 is highly recommended!

beautiful apartment with everything you could need. central location -- we rented bikes at the resort gift shop and biked north on the bike trail with spectacular views of the ocean. Owner provided a great Kauai guide book which really helped us plan our various excursions on the island.

This condo at the Waipouli Beach Resort was fantastic. First, Vadim's individual unit is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and has all up-to-date appliances and furniture. It looks like a model home! It has everything that you need for your vacation - washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and a ton of beach accessories (i.e. chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach toys). For us, the fact that the second bedroom had two beds was a definite plus. The location of his unit is perfect. It is overlooking the ocean and a large field of green grass. It is also right around the corner from the pool, which is also probably the nicest on the island. Vadim proved to be a very trustworthy owner for us, as he responded very quickly to any emails I sent him. The location in East Kauai is great, as it is central to many things and right in between the North and South areas of Kauai. It was great having a grocery store across the street as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is visiting Kauai.

The resort is beautiful, and this unit is fabulous! I just returned from a 5-day stay in the Waipouli Oceanfront with Contemporary Art. The unit is tastefully done. It is located steps from the beautiful beach where we saw a beached monk seal, watched snorkelers and swimmers. Th pe beach is swimmer friendly, which is difficult to find--easy in and out if e water due to a man-made reef. This also enhances the snorkeling experience. Vadim has provided amazing lawn chairs which we took every where, plus the resort has some loungers right on the beach. It is easy to find shade on this beach making it super friendly for those of us who cannot sit in the sun without burning, the pool is unique and the wat slides are a big draw for the kids, the barbeque area was a social draw--a good place to meet fellow travelers. The only downfall is the location in Kapaa where traffic can be a nightmare, but it also means a walk to Safeway, several restaurants, and the ABC Store. Oasis Restaurant makes the best Mai Tai on Kauai, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced, Overall I highly recommend staying here!!!

It began with pleasant email exchanges with the condo owner, Vadim, and ended with four wonderful days on the east side of Kauai in Waipouli. Steering away form the stereotypical 'tropical' theme, Vadim has decorated his unit in a clean, modern style with ultra hi-end appliances and furnishings(Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc). Everything about the unit and the surrounds was first class...in fact, we would call it world class. Even still, it managed to maintain a warm spirit of aloha. We're truly in paradise. Six adults (3 couples) shared this two bedroom, three bath unit very comfortably. The CS Woo sleeper bed with a platform and firm mattress was extremely comfortable, as were the beds in the master(king) and guest bedroom(2 doubles). We all awoke refreshed and ready to enjoy fresh Kauai grown coffee and a breakfast we prepared in the well appointed kitchen. We were only missing a hair dryer and that was brought to us within hours of our arrival. Had we needed anything else, it would have been taken care of immediately from our experience.Snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs, Bluetooth stereo speaker, linen, washer/dryer with detergent, shampoo and soaps...all provided. All we need were swimsuits, slippers, & an occasional visit to Starbucks or Safeway just across the road. Everything in the unit worked to perfection...nothing was out of order and there was an obvious effort to present it cleaned to perfection. The meandering pool with jacuzzi was fabulous...clean and not crowded. We barbecued two nights down on the pool side grills...perfect Teri chicken and steak. Sightseeing for either end of the island was a breeze and we timed it such to avoid any and all traffic. Airport? Just twenty easy minutes away and Costco just twenty five. As retired airline employees, we have been fortunate to travel the world and to see and experience many wonderful places. We just gotta say, this place was extra-special by ANY standard.
We had a great time just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sights(Waimea Canyon was picture perfect!), enjoying friendship, margaritas, good food, cards, and laughter. A++++++ on every level.
We chose to eat out just once at Hukilau restaurant within walking distance, and it was excellent. Kauai is beautiful, this condo is awesome, and our memories are etched forever. We recommend this VRBO listing with our strongest enthusiasm...you can't go wrong! Mahalo nui loa!

I was pleasantly surprised by not only the beautiful surroundings in Kauai but also the amazing accommodation we were fortunate enough to choose. The finish is high quality ranging from exotic wood, stainless appliances, balcony with ocean view for enjoying meals. It felt like having our own private beach as well which was beautiful and uncrowded. Oh! and the beds! wow amazingly comfortable to relax and chill after cooking up a storm in the gourmet kitchen. Thanks again Vadim what a trip will miss it very much!
