Kia ora! I’m thrilled to be part of the Waiopehu College community and can’t wait to dive into this year’s maths journey with you. Originally from India, I have a Master of Science in Mathematics and completed my Master of Teaching and Learning in Secondary Education at the University of Otago here in New Zealand. I’m passionate about making mathematics not just understandable but also enjoyable and relevant to your everyday life.

I know that maths can sometimes feel challenging, but together, we'll explore its fascinating side and connect it to real-world situations. My teaching style is all about support, curiosity, and a bit of fun along the way - because learning is best when it’s a shared adventure! I look forward to getting to know each of you as we work together to make this an unforgettable year in Mathematics.
