Student Council Annual Trash Pickup
The Wahoo Middle School Student Council annually participates in the "Adopt a Highway" program.
The Student Council Officers and staff members recently participated in the annual trash pickup on Highway 77. The Wahoo Middle School Student Council is responsible for a stretch of the highway that runs from Saunders Medical Center to the New Casey’s building. The highway adoption process started 10-15 years ago and has proudly been served by the Wahoo Middle School Student Council every fall and spring.

Spring Conservation Day
Officers Help with Spring Conservation Day at Lake Wanahoo
The Middle School Student Council students recently assisted the NRD with their annual Spring Conservation Day on Wednesday, May 3rd at Lake Wanahoo. The day is organized by the NRD with schools across the area in attendance. Various fun and educational activities are provided to students to promote the lake and recreational areas of Nebraska (Pictures Below).

Annual Staff vs. 8th Grade Boys Basketball Game
The Wahoo Middle School Student Council organized its annual winter classic basketball matchup between Middle School Staff and the 8th Grade boys basketball players. This game is always a fun time for all staff and students involved (Pictures Below).
