Annual Trash Pickup Time
The Student Council Officers and MS Staff members participated in the annual trash pickup on Highway 77. The Wahoo Middle School Student Council is responsible for a stretch of the highway that runs from Saunders Medical Center to the New Casey’s building. The highway adoption process started 20 years ago and has proudly been served by the Wahoo Middle School Student Council annually. (PIC ABOVE)

The highway adoption process started 10-15 years ago and has proudly been served by the Wahoo Middle School Student Council every fall and spring.
Congratulations to the students below as they were elected into office at Wahoo Middle School. Campaign speeches were given to the student body on Tuesday, September 26th and voting took place the following two days (Picture Below).

The Middle School Student Council students recently assisted the NRD with their annual Spring Conservation Day on Wednesday, May 3rd at Lake Wanahoo. The day is organized by the NRD with schools across the area in attendance. Various fun and educational activities are provided to students to promote the lake and recreational areas of Nebraska (Pictures Below).
The Wahoo Middle School Student Council organized its annual winter classic basketball matchup between Middle School Staff and the 8th Grade boys basketball players. This game is always a fun time for all staff and students involved (Pictures Below).
