**IMPORTANT**

Reminders from the Middle School Office:

• If your child is leaving early or coming in late please remind them to sign in or out of the office.

• If after school plans change, please call the office BEFORE 3:00 PM to let us know.

• Any questions? Never hesitate to call, if we don't know the answer, we will find someone that does!

Reminders from Nurse Chvatal:

• If your child is feeling ill we request that they come to the Nurse's Office before contacting a parent or guardian. We ask your help be encouraging them to go to the office before you come pick them up.

• If your child has a medical condition, we need NEW doctor's orders every school year.

• If at any time during the school year your child is diagnosed with a communicable disease, please notify Nurse Chvatal.
