Volunteers for the WAB Warming Center must pass a strict background check.

Please schedule an appointment with YUP Fingerprinting (Address: 95 W 100 S #104, Logan, Ut. 84321) here. 

• Please select the “Direct Submission/Livescan” option. 

• Read and fill out the forms below in their entirety before continuing through the training modules. 

  • • These forms will be requested at your appointment. When asked, tell them that your forms have been emailed.
