Individual Meetings
One meeting before training. One meeting after you finish training.
They are to help you ask questions about the training or to ask for feedback from the training.
Introduction meeting - 1 hour
Review meeting - 1 hour
After course Mentoring
One to one mentoring to help you after training finishes.
Frontline - 3 months mentoring (3 sessions, 1 hour each)
Safe Spaces - 2 months mentoring (2 sessions, 1 hour each)
Wellbeing - 1 month mentoring (1 session for 1 hour or 2 sessions for 30 minutes each)
One Extra Place
For every paid place on one of our training courses, you get one extra place for free.
Some peoples circumstances can make it difficult to afford training.
We believe giving an extra free space helps encourage organisations to support disadvantaged groups and offer them this specialist training.
