Camps

For ages 5-8 (K-3rd Grade). Usually held in June where youth learn about nature, engage in fun crafts and activities, and learn camp traditions from our teen counselors!

Junior Overnight Camp July 5-9, 2026

Held at the Northern Virginia 4-H Center, this overnight camp is for campers ages 9-13 and teen counselors in high school. Camp classes may include sports, rocketry, arts & crafts, air rifle, swimming, teambuilding, high challenge course, and outdoor living skills. Daily activities besides classes include recreation, swimming in a Junior-Olympic size pool, themed evening programs, a nightly campfire, and times of fellowship in the camp dormitories. The 4-H Center has a pond, a high ropes course, and access to the Appalachian Trail. Bed spaces are limited; sign-ups occur in the month of March; camp is one week in June or July.
