April 11, 2026 - Norfolk, VA

Virginia Tech's ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition Team competed in the Virginias Symposium hosted by Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA on April 10-11, 2026 and placed 1st in the competition.  They also received the People's Choice Award for Coolest Cooling. With this win, the team will travel to Fairmont, WV in June for the ASCE Civil Engineering Student Championship.
