June 28, 2025 - San Luis Obispo, CA

Virginia Tech's ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition Team had some downtime in the morning when they drove north on US Highway 1 to see the elephant seals as well as Morro Rock.  In the afternoon, they participated in the poster presentation session hoping to win the "fan favorite" vote.  

June 27, 2025 - San Luis Obispo, CA

Virginia Tech's ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition Team shared their proposal presentation for "The Perch," a mixed-use redevelopment project in Fairfax, VA with the judges Friday morning.  The team represented themselves and Virginia Tech very well and was well prepared for the judges' questions.  Afterwards, the team enjoyed some downtime supporting the Virginia Tech Survey and Concrete Canoe teams as well as heading downtown for the afternoon.

June 26, 2025 - San Luis Obispo, CA

Virginia Tech's ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition Team arrived safely in San Luis Obispo, CA for the ASCE Civil Engineering Student Championships.  The team had some downtime to check out downtown and the Farmer's Market before rehearsing for Friday's presentation.

March 29, 2025 - Beckley, WV

Virginia Tech's ASCE Sustainable Solutions Competition Team completed in the VIrginias Symposium hosted by WV Tech in Beckley, WV on March 28-29, 2025 and placed 1st in the competition.  With this win, the team will travel to San Luis Obispo, CA for the ASCE Civil Engineering Student Championship.
