Contact sps-officers-g@vt.edu to join. We'd love to have you!

SPS requires a joining fee. Freshmen physics majors have their fee paid by the department, but everyone else needs to pay. If this is a financial burden, contact sps-officers-g@vt.edu and we'll try to help you.

I want to do Outreach!

VT SPS is heavily involved with outreach. If you want to learn more, check out our Outreach page or contact our Outreach Chair Fir Takacs.

Need Help With Physics?

SPS has a lounge! Meet us in Robeson Hall, Room 310, to talk with fellow students working on physics problem sets, or to ask the Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) for help and guidance.

Physics is a collaborative endeavor, and our SPS lounge helps undergraduates collaborate early.

Note: GTAs are only available during the Fall and Spring terms.
