SEL Stockpile, a resource created by Virginia Beach City Public Schools, provides staff with practical and often familiar ways to introduce and deepen the use of SEL practices and strategies in schools, classrooms, and workplaces. The stockpile introduces a variety of examples that, when used authentically and intentionally, can help educators create safe, equity-centered, productive learning and working spaces for all students and adults.
6 Minute SEL is a resource to help boost core SEL skills. It contains 150 ready-made lessons. Each lesson only takes 6 minutes and can be used as prompts during restorative circles, as warm-up activities for whole group or small groups, or as a think-pair-share activity - the options are limitless!
Believe in You Curriculum: This is a free student empowerment program rooted in SEL competencies for grades 3-12. The program includes free research-based SEL resources as well as Student Empowerment Journals to help students process emotions and find optimism throughout the entire 40-week school year. Each lesson is partnered with inspirational and engaging videos that are sure to inspire students. Journals are available in free digital formats, or as physical printed journals to support the SEL needs of all students.

Formed Families Forward is excited to share our new Critical Crossroads video and print resources! The products address the intersection of disability and trauma and offer families, youth, educators, and other community providers high quality practical tools for understanding trauma in children and youth with disabilities. Specific trauma-informed strategies for special education evaluations and for individualized education programs (IEPs) are offered. Videos feature voices of regional families and experts.
