Payment

The camp fee is $400, which includes meals, lodging for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt and class supplies. We must receive a $100 deposit within one week of your online registration. The remainder of your camp fee is due by June 15th.  You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee.  Deposits are non-refundable.     

Pay by Check or Cash

Mail a check/money order made payable to VCE - Suffolk to the Suffolk Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section, and include your phone number on the check.

Drop off a check/money order made payable to VCE - Suffolk or cash (must be exact change) to the Suffolk Extension Office at the address below. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section, and include your phone number on the check.  

Check/money order payments can be placed in the 4-H drop box outside the front door of the building at anytime. (Please do not place cash in the drop box.)

In person payments of cash or check/money order will be accepted during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday (excluding April 8, 28, 29 & May 6, 11) to the address below.

Camp Scholarships

A LIMITED number of partial camp scholarships may be available for those with a financial need pending sponsor availability. Scholarships are awarded based on need and are first come, first served. You must register your child for camp, complete 4-H online enrollment and pay the camp deposit before applying for a camp scholarship. Once these steps have been completed, contact Erin Clements at erinwc@vt.edu for a scholarship application.
