- There will be a virtual parent meeting on Monday, June 29th at 6:00 pm to go over important camp information.

- It will be recorded and sent out afterwards if you cannot make this meeting.
Camp Pick Up and Drop Off
Camp Pick Up and Drop Off
- Camp pick and drop off will happen at Airfield 4-H Education Center:
- Pick up and drop off times will be staggered in order to avoid long lines. You must arrive during your scheduled window (not early or late). The exact times will be sent out and posted here prior to camp.
- When you arrive please follow the 4-H staff's directions, signage, and the information discussed at the parent meeting. During the check in process there will be three stations:
- Station 1: Camp Bank and name tags
- Station 2: Medications (you MUST print and fill out the medication form before check in)
- Station 3: Lodges
- When dropping off you will be given a pick up form. Only the names you list on that form will be authorized for pick up.

- The Airfield Camp Store will be open during rec times throughout the camp week. Campers will be able to purchase drinks, snacks, and various 4-H items.
- We recommended sending about $20-50 for the week if you want your child to purchase anything from the store. This must be brought in cash when you drop off your child at camp. Staff will secure the money and give each child a tally sheet of their available funds that they will use to make purchases.
