This event will be hosted at the lovely Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, VA.
To help ameliorate costs, there will be no registration fee. In addition, coffee/ snacks, breakfast, and lunch will be provided. There will also be a reception the first evening.

Roanoke, VA is just off of I-81 and serviced by Roanoke/ Blacksburg Regional Airport with flights to most major East Coast hubs.

The conference itself will be held at the lovely Hotel Roanoke, originally built in 1882 and located adjacent to downtown.
