Please, read carefully before you go to the registration site (link is below):

• $425 for graduate students and all attendees from low income countries (made possible by our generous Virginia Tech sponsors)

• $575 for postdocs

• $775 for everyone else

These rates include the following meals: Sunday night welcome reception, Monday lunch and opening reception, Tuesday lunch, Wednesday lunch, and Wednesday evening banquet.  

During registration you will be asked if you want to be assigned a middle or late career mentor (that could be one of our invited speakers) or if you want to mentor an early career attendee. We strongly encourage everyone to choose one or the other. We will have several structured mentoring events to facilitate interaction between early and middle and late career scientists.

During registration you will also be able to add:

• attendance of the all-day networking event on Wednesday ($50 for students and attendees from low in come countries; $100 for everyone else), which will include a visit to Virginia Tech's Kentland Farm, Mountain Lake Lodge (location of the filming of the iconic Dirty Dancing movie; lunch will be served), the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway (with optional hike or winery visit), an evening filled with music, dancing, food, and drinks in the small town of Floyd (all included in the event fee!). 

• attendance by an accompanying person of the all-day networking event ($100)

• attendance by an accompanying person of the social events: Sunday night welcome reception, Monday opening reception, and Wednesday evening banquet ($100 total for all three events)
