Abstracts

Travel Award Submission closed.

Abstract submission closed.

Abstracts will be published online at a permanent URL.

Note for international attendees: If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, email vinatzer@vt.edu, and include a copy of the abstract that you submitted online. We will make a quick decision on abstract acceptance and we will send you a letter within a couple of days. For travel awards, we will also attempt to make some early decisions for international applicants.

Abstracts

If you already submitted your abstract as part of a travel award application, you do not need to submit your abstract again. Even if you were not chosen for an award, your abstract will still be considered for an oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts need to be written using the provided template, have a maximum length of 250 words, and have the file name [PresenterFirstName_PresenterLastName], for example: BorisVinatzer.doc.

Submit abstracts at this link. After you upload your abstract, you will be asked if you want to submit a travel award application. If you select no, you are done. If you select yes, you can upload the documents for the travel award application. Please note that at this point we only accept applications from early career faculty at US institutions.
