Youth must enroll each year in the Virginia 4-H Program. A member may enroll as the following:
o Cloverbud - Youth ages 5-8 (as of Sept 30, 2024)
o Youth Member - Youth who will be 9 years of age (as of Sept 30, 2024) and has not reached their 19th birthday as of Dec 31, 2024.
Re-Enrollment: If you are returning to the Virginia 4-H program for the 2023-2024 4-H year, you will be submitting a re-enrollment. Expect to spend 15 - 20 minutes completing the enrollment process
DO NOT CREATE A NEW PROFILE IF YOU HAVE BEEN ENROLLED IN THE PAST. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions below for information regarding password changes or lost information.
Here is a list of information to check during the re-enrollment process
Address and phone numbers. Please make sure they are up to date.
Emergency Contact information - This may be a parent/guardian or someone to contact when parent/guardian is not available. You now have the ability to enter two emergency contacts.
The 4-H Club or clubs you participate in.
The project or projects associated with that club or clubs.

New Enrollment: If you are not currently in 4-H but would like to join, please click the join button below and fill out the form. Our office will contact you.

Tip Sheet for New Members to Enroll
Once your enrollment has been submitted, you will get a confirmation message. Your local Extension Office will either email instructions for correcting any errors/ issues or stating that you have been accepted.
IMPORTANT: Keep your login (family email address) and password handy so that you can log in to the program and update your records whenever you need to.
Parents/Guardians - Please DO NOT enroll in the 4-H Online 2.0. If you are a program volunteer your local Extension Office will contact you with instructions on how to enroll as a volunteer.
Enrollment Frequently Asked Questions
I forgot the email address I used for my account. How can I find it?
Contact your local Extension Office. They can access your profile and give you the email address that was used.
2. I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Just below the log-in box you will see the words Reset Password. Click on the words and follow directions to reset your password.
3. I forgot my email address and password, can I just set up a new family profile?
NO, you cannot create a new profile. Contact your local Extension office for assistance.
4. I need to change the email address that was used on my account.
You will need to log in with the current email attached to the account. Once logged in, you can change the email address associated with the account.
5. I don't have an email address.
Contact your local Extension Office for assistance.
6. I don’t have internet access.
Contact your local Extension Office for assistance.
7. I don't have a computer.
You may complete your enrollment on a Smartphone or tablet. You may also consider going to the library or other facility with public computers. You may also contact your local Extension Office for assistance.
