Event Planning and Management
In Summer of 2019, I worked as an Events Assistant at the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. During my time I was assisted in the planning of two conferences, a banquet dinner, and a reception. My fellow co-worker and I worked together to select the table clothes, floral patterns, dinner menu, chairs, utensils and the lighting of the banquet room. Personally, I was also in charge of arranging seating for 520 guests and ensuring the quick and safe entry of people into and out of the dinner. Below are some images of us testing visiting vendors, and the final results.
