Spanish

Hola a todos,

¡Welcome to Español en línea! Señora Wigant and I have put together a few ideas for you to keep working on Spanish while at home. Visit this link to see your Choice Board of Activities!

Middle School Spanish Website

Students: Show off what you know with Locura de Marzo and share your favorite song with them. Show them your skills in a Nugget or tell them about a story you´ve learned in class. Feel free to keep moving forward with Locura de Marzo (you can watch the entire bracket from Señor Ashby's site) and Señor Wooly!

Parents: if you want to help your student out, click into the links I´ve provided for them and then ask them what they know - what words they hear / recognize. Remember, some of our middle schoolers are brand new beginners, others have studied a solid 5-6 years of Spanish at VM. So expect a variety of responses. Just when your kids were learning to speak with you - it may be disconnected at times. Praise them for what they know.

If you have a reader at home, Fluency Matters is a website that offers TONS of leveled readers for Spanish learners. Here are my suggestions if you are interested in purchasing a book/novel. Most are about $7
