All students need to click on the link below to get access to their PLT4M account using his or her computer.

PLT4M

Students can also access their account by using his or her phone. They just need to download the app on their phone. The image to the right will walk you through the steps to log on to your account.

Mr. Wright will be checking PLT4M attendance daily. Make sure you click the Done Button when you have completed the workout for that day. This will take your attendance and show Mr. Wright who attended class or not.

PLT4M has been updated with new workouts. The workouts include Weight training for those students that have weights at home. Just make sure you have someone to spot you if your lifting heavy (family members not other teammates) remember to practice social distancing. Body Weight training and Running exercises for students that want to go that route.

If you would like to do something else other then PLT4M that will work as well. All you need to do is create a Google Doc and share it with Mr. Wright weekly. On the Google Doc include what exercise you did for the day and for how long. Mr. Wright will use this for your attendance and credit for PE.

The goal from now and until we return to school or the rest of the year is 2 hours a week of exercise. This will get you credit for the class.
