In our current English class, we have covered several different topics. For example, one time we learned about the origin of names, and the teacher asked each of us to look up the meaning of our own names online. We also studied the content and grammar from the textbook, and we read a few articles. These lessons not only helped me gain knowledge about the topics but also improved my speaking and reading skills during the learning process. 

PBL is a course that I have never experience before, it is very interesting for me. We need to find our own answer or your own opinion, rather than rigid memory. That is really helpful for me to develop my thinking ability. And we even had some trips to museum before, it was very fun.

My learning goals in Chinese is let me improve my Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Now we first focus on our oral expression skills. Teachers let us make a introduction to everyone in the first class, this makes me more confident when speaking in front of a lot of people.

Math is one of my favorite subject because it's not quite hard for me. I can almost fix all questions in classes. We sometimes will play a game to practice our scope of what I have learned, and I usually get good result, that gives me a great sense of achievement.

We focus on environment science these weeks. We had presentation and a trip to museum these two week. I think science is a little challenging for me, but I always work hard to complete the tasks, that helps me to improve my science skills.
