how vhrs was born

In January of 2016 Rose and her husband Jono were on a safari drive in the Kruger Park, chatting about their plans for the coming year. Rose was always passionate about HR and knew she wanted to provide something unique to the South African market. Perhaps the beauty of nature inspired her, but by the end of her holiday she came back with her vision: “I am going to provide HR services to small companies in South Africa on an outsourced basis”

Fast forward to June of that same year and the business wrote its first invoice, and by the end of 2016 Virtue HR had 10 clients secured. Since 2016 the company has seen healthy growth year on year, products have been perfected, the client base expanded to serve over 70+ SMEs and more consultants have joined the team.
