History is provided on who has been called-in for babysitting as well as on past deliveries. This is necessary for safety reasons. A parent is still able to contact the babysitter after they have taken care of their child.
The user sometimes struggles to afford medication. The app helps the user by giving them Coupons. This decreases the users expenses making the ordering of medication slightly cheaper for them. This happens when the user has ordered medication 5 times on the app. The user receives 1 Coupon after doing this. One Coupon gives the user the next two orders free of delivery charge. A Coupon is awarded after every 5 orders.
