Lesson Make Up

If a student misses a lesson:

They can make up TWO lessons each quarter. Students can earn a maximum of 85 points for the each make up lesson.

A lesson make-up assignment will be posted to Google Classroom.

Lessons should be made up within a week of the missed lesson.

 If a student misses a lesson and does not complete a make up assignment, the student will receive a "0" for the lesson.

There are TWO EXCEPTIONS:

1. ABSENCE: If a student or the lesson teacher is absent from school, the lesson will be excused. Students do not need to make up a lesson missed for an absence.

2. TESTS: If a student is taking a test in their core class, they can get a "TEST PASS" from their core teacher, and the lesson will be excused. The test pass can be written or emailed. It is the STUDENTS responsibility to bring the test pass to me, or to confirm that I received the email. If they do not supply a test pass, the grade for the missed lesson will remain "0".
