Honors Chorus is an auditioned, extra-curricular ensemble. Rehearsals for Honors Chorus will take place on Tuesday mornings at 8:15am in the Chorus Room (313). Students will explore exciting, challenging repertoire and focus on developing a healthy vocal technique.
Honors Chorus is an auditioned, extra-curricular ensemble. Rehearsals for Honors Chorus will take place on Tuesday mornings at 8:15am in the Chorus Room (313). Students will explore exciting, challenging repertoire and focus on developing a healthy vocal technique.
Preliminary interest meeting and auditions for our 2023-2024 Honors Chorus will be held on:
a) Tuesday, October 17th, at 8:15am
b) Tuesday, October 17th, after school, students may take the 4:30 bus home
c) Friday, October 18th, at 8:15am
Students only need to attend ONE audition session
Students need to prepare a verse or refrain of a song they are confident performing independently, preferably something they have sung in Chorus (no pop, please). Students will sign-up for an audition slot on the Chorus Bulletin Board outside of the Chorus Room (313).
