Transcript Requests

A high school transcript is the official record of a student's academic achievement and serves as verification of graduation. It includes the student's graduation date, courses completed, credits earned, and cumulative grade point average (GPA) at the conclusion of their high school career. Please note that Virginia High School does not maintain copies of student diplomas. Student transcript records are retained for sixty (60) years; records older than sixty years may no longer be available.

Please use the link below to access Parchment where you will request your transcripts electronically. Be advised that there is a $5 fee assessed by Parchment for Alumni Transcripts as well as an additional fee for third party verification of graduation.
