Transcript Requests

A high school transcript is the official record of a student's academic achievement and serves as verification of graduation. It includes the student's graduation date, courses completed, credits earned, and cumulative grade point average (GPA) at the conclusion of their high school career. Please note that Virginia High School does not maintain copies of student diplomas. Student transcript records are retained for sixty (60) years; records older than sixty years may no longer be available.

Send requests for transcripts to Patrick Wildman at pwildman@virignia64.com with the students name at time of graduation, date of birth, graduation year (current student or alumni), and where it is to be sent. Please allow 48 hours from receipt to process the request.
