About our Staff:

I have been an educator for more than 15 years and have served as a licensed school counselor since 2017. I earned my school counseling degree from Eastern Illinois University and hold licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as national certifications in the counseling profession.

As a school counselor, I am passionate about supporting students' academic, social-emotional, and career development. My experience includes college and career readiness, individual and small-group counseling, and helping students develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate school successfully and become productive, resilient adults.

In addition to my work with students, I am actively involved in leadership at both the state and national levels, representing the school counseling profession and advocating for policies that support students and school counselors. While I value this advocacy work, my greatest priority is serving students by providing high-quality counseling services, meaningful support, and access to the resources they need to thrive.
