duration - Once infected, the time left until the individual is no longer sick
contacts - a list of people the individual has met with
participation - whether the individual is participating in contact tracing measures
Important to note that this model features realistic social clustering.
Simulation results are closely numbered but a larger sample size and longer time period can yield more precise differences.
