Are you passionate about exploring the intricate world of metabolism and its impact? Join our research group in the Z Lab, where we dive deep into the mechanisms that cells and animals use to adapt their metabolism to various physiological states.
We are always looking for dedicated graduate students and postdocs who are interested in providing novel solutions to challenges in the dairy world by uncovering the functional benefits of nutrients utilizing cell biology, biochemistry, and multi-omics approaches.
