The core of Zyatica PD is to design professional development opportunities that enable educators, no matter which skill level, a choice in the PD they undertake. With exit points along the way when they feel they have enough to move forward with. Think of it as a 'Choose Your own Tech Adventure' professional development. You are in the driver's seat.

When you are ready to leave you will be asked to share a goal for moving forward and if you want a check in time. Check ins are then planned to make educators accountable and assistance is offered to ensure the students benefit too.
