Ankita Chatterjee & Tanisha Khanra presented a poster on AQUATIC SCENT MARKING IN FISHING CATS: EXPLORING THE ROLE OF 3-MERCAPTO-3-METHYLBUTANOL (3MMB) IN PREY INTERACTION in the International Seminar on "From Macro to Micro - Understanding Life from Molecular Interactions to Ecosystem Dynamics, organized by the Department of Zoology, Vidyasagar College where their entry has been recognized  by 'Judges Special Mention' (Dt. 07-03-2025) (under the supervision of Dr Subhadeep Das)

4. Swaresh Hasda of the Zoology Department led the college football team and became the inter-college Champion under the Calcutta University-organized Football tournament (2024)
