Abstract Submission Period

July 1, 2026 – September 30 ⇒ October 8, 2026, 5:00 PM (JST)

Presenters are required to complete the registration form and submit an abstract.

Language of Presentation and Presentation Materials

The meeting will be conducted primarily in Japanese.
However, presentation slides and posters should be prepared in English.

Presentation is planned as a hybrid event: on-site and online. 

Abstract Registration and Submission Procedure

Please register your presentation by completing the required information in the Google Form used for participant registration.

Speakers for symposia, workshops, oral presentations, and poster presentations should prepare an abstract according to the guidelines below.

Please save your abstract as a PDF file and send it as an email attachment to the Secretariat by the deadline.

Guidelines for Abstract Preparation

• The abstract must be prepared on one A4 page.

• Please use this template to prepare your abstract. Please prepare your abstract in English using the template provided below. The abstract should be within 500 words. 

• Margins should be 3 cm at the top and 2 cm at the bottom, left, and right.

• The abstract may be written in either Japanese or English.

• If the abstract is written in Japanese, please include an English summary on the same page.

• The title should be placed at the top center of the page in 14-point bold Gothic-style font.

• Below the Japanese title, please include the English title in 12-point Times-style font.

• Leave one blank line below the title, then list the presenter’s name and affiliation in 12-point bold Gothic-style font, centered on the page.

• Please also include the names and affiliations of all co-authors.

• Below the Japanese names and affiliations, please include the English names and affiliations in 12-point Times-style font.

• The main text should be written horizontally in one column, using 10.5-point Mincho-style font. For English text, please use a Times-style font.

• The main text should be approximately 700 Japanese characters.

• Figures and tables may be included within the main text area. Please note that they will be printed in black and white.

• Please include an English summary of approximately 150 words on the same page, using 10-point Times-style font.

Revision of Submitted Abstracts

Abstracts may be revised and resubmitted before the deadline.

If you wish to revise your abstract, please send the updated PDF file again by email.

Registration Procedure

Please click the Registration button and complete the Google Form with the required information.

Both presenters and participants attending without a presentation should register using the same form.
