A full-price estimate is given after an initial evaluation of the manuscript. The following rates are starting costs, but the overall total will depend on genre, complexity, writing quality, and deadline. An accurate quote will be given in the client's proposal and contract so there won't be any surprises when you receive your final bill.
All page estimates are based on the standard 250 words per page.
Rush orders have a charge of 25% with a week turnaround time; 50% wtih a 3-4 daay turnaround time.
I do offer payment plans, but that does affect the scheduling.
