INITIAL INQUIRY
After you have submitted your contact form, I'll reach out and ask a few questions about your project and your goals. For projects over 50,000 words, I offer a free sample edit of 1,000 words to give you a taste of my editing style and see if we are a good fit for each other.
PRE-PROJECT HOUSEKEEPING
Once we've confirmed the details of your project and think we're both a good fit, I'll secure your spot on my calendar and send over a custom proposal and contract for you to sign, as well as secure initial payment.
PROJECT START
As your start date approaches, I'll reach out to make sure you're ready and have you send me the most recent copy of your document. I'll get started once I have it and provide an update mid-project.
PROJECT DELIVERY
You'll receive your edited documents on, or before, the delivery date upon the payment of your bill balance.
PROJECT FOLLOW-UP
If there are multiple passes in your scheduling, you can return your document for revisions after making any suggested changes. Once our time together is finished, I'll send a questionnaire so you can let me know how things went for you.
