Class started with the recitation of Holy Quran and Naat-e-Rasool maqbool, then sir Nisar Ahmed Dahri Sahab taught us about NPSTP (National Professional Standards for Teachers in Pakistan) that was the first time I came to know about NPSTP. He told us about 10-Professional standards for Initial Preparation of Teachers in Pakistan.

By practicing these standard we can enhance our teaching skills abilities, we came to know that teacher must have good knowledge about his subject, religious knowledge and teacher should plan his work, teacher must provide learning friendly envoirnment to students and also have good communication with his students and we must teach English as second language.

Then Sir Nisar Ahmed Dahri told us about portfolio and it’s benefits for teacher he also tought us about E-Portfolio and how we make our portfolio and what should we include.
