I’m a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I earned my Ph.D. in Operations Management from Southern University of Science and Technology in 2025.

Research Interests: 

• Human–AI/Algorithm Interactions

• Operations–Marketing/IS Interface

• Operational Innovation
