I’m a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I earned my Ph.D. in Operations Management from Southern University of Science and Technology in 2025.

My research focuses on the intersection of operations management and information economics, with particular interests in operational innovation and human-AI/Algorithm interactions.
