The Motivation Factor.
Did you know that the number one equals one hundred percent? So, if you want 100% of anything you have to be the one. Let’s say you have a list of ten things you want to accomplish today (or in the next 30 days or three months). Write them down. Check the items off as they are completed. At the end of the day add up the results. If you finished six, then give yourself a D. Seven will earn a C. Eight scores a B. If you got nine the grade is an A. And if all ten have been checked off then congratulations are in order, you get an A+ 100% and number one status in the class… top of the heap. You are the one. On the other hand, if you only have five, then put on the dunce cap and go sit in the corner. You’re half-slow and half-fast. It really is as simple as this. In everything you do with your life, always strive to be number one.
Have a wonder-filled life!

"Reading for Success!"
I am still reading “Success through a Positive Mental Attitude” by Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone, Copywrite ©1960
Once again, I am reading another old book I picked up in a yard-sale unknown years ago (OMG I’m old).
Worse yet, the authors of this book are older than dirt… in fact, they’re dead, Jim.
But the words still ring true, and I get a positive lift every morning when I read a chapter.
This is a really great habit. Reading something positive first thing in the morning.
Sometimes I even read in my pajamas before the shower.
Other books I consider to be a worthy read are:
“Whatever it takes.” by Brandon Bornancin ©2020
“The top 1% of performers do not let other people's opinions and beliefs hold them back from living the life they want.”
I purchased the Kindle edition of this book because my personal library is getting too big for my Lion’s Den. I have a small reading nook in my office where I take my breaks and relax with some Mint Tea, listening to music and reading. However, I downloaded this book on my iPad, which goes wherever I go, and I can read anytime while eating at a restaurant or in the waiting room. OKAY then, about the book review:
highly inspirational… I'm pumped! This book isn't a tome or a boring read. It's the truth that is needed to wake up that “Couch Potato” planted in your personal space. get up now! Or be fried and served with some poor fish. I highly recommend this ‘slap in the face’ to anyone who wants to start living again. PS: this is one book I'll read again and again.
“1984” by George Orwell ©1949
I read this book shortly after I graduated from High School. It was several years before the year 1984, which puts a date-stamp on me.
At the time it was a terrifying vision of the future where the government controlled the people through television, which watched you.
[Poetry]
You are the Center of the Truth
I say this sincerely,
for it is so true;
The most important
person is you.
I am lucky to be me
because I see you.
Inspired by greatness;
and this is so true.
