Jajaa MRT station is an elevated station located at the central of Jajaa. It is an interchange station with the Northern Line, and will be an interchange station with the Jajaa LRT line, and serves as the terminus for the Jajaa LRT.

Whilw this station is shared between Northern Line and Southern Line with both of them having different operators, this station is mainly owned and managed by MTR Corporation and all station facilities are provided by MTRC.

Future developments will be constructed around the station like Jajaa Mall and several condominiums in the vicinity.
