United Neighbors of Fall River is one of twenty coalitions across the state of Massachusetts. We are dedicated to supporting children and strengthening families by coordinating resources already in the community and increasing neighborhood based activities that empower residents and build partnerships. United Neighbors of Fall River Community Connections Coalition is committed to promoting a strong, healthy and safe community which will assist families in the promotion of peace and tranquility, optimum growth and development of our children and secure and stable family environments. As a coalition we will strive to coordinate and build on existing resources in an effort to develop strong, sustainable family support systems.

The Balanced Learning Center is a collaborative effort joining behavioral health treatment, speech therapy, occupational therapy and educational opportunities to bring children and families a team-based approach to meeting their needs. As a 501(c)3 organization, we focus on building strengths, learning new skills and relying on children and families as the experts on their lives. We are supporting building an open and inviting community through the sharing of each family's unique experience, clinical intervention and fun and engaging activities and experiences!

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community-based program providing parent education groups, information and referral, and other opportunities for children and family. The FRC serves as a single point of entry to access community-based, culturally competent family support services, helping families focus on strengthening their bonds, connecting to others, and engaging in their communities.
