Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day is the perfect opportunity to teach children about the civil rights movement and make connections to today’s collective efforts for change and gives children the opportunity to celebrate Ruby’s courage by walking to school.

Come join us for a pancake breakfast with Santa Claus! Take pictures, enjoy holiday cheer, and purchase books from the Scholastic Book Fair which will be running during the event.

We can’t wait for our 4rd annual Longhorn Stampede! Students raise money and complete as many laps as they can, with teachers and admin completing challenges based on how much has been raised. This fun event really brings our entire school together!
Bike to School Day

ZRES is excited to participate in EGUSD's event promoting active transportation for students, parents, and staff. We encourage all staff, students, and families to WALK, BIKE, or ROLL to school on May 5th. All participants will receive a raffle ticket at the gate as you enter campus for a chance to win a cool prize!

Help fundraise for ZRES with the Box Tops new digital program. It’s fast and easy! Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, Food 4 Less and Sprouts are giving bonus digital tops!
Traditional Box Tops can still be clipped and turned into the ZRES front office. Look for the Box Tops School Bus at the front desk.
