1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and installing this Application, you agree to be bound by these legal terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application immediately.
2. 100% Offline and Private Service
Expense Tracker is provided entirely as a local-first utility tool.
- Local Device Processing: Your transactions, financial data logs, and budget structures are stored and maintained solely inside your device’s isolated storage database.
- No System Maintenance: The developer does not operate any background database servers, user account registration hubs, or cloud sync arrays. You are entirely responsible for managing, securing, and executing updates or backups on your own device.
3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
- The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
- The developer shall not be held liable for any data loss, financial tracking mistakes, device malfunctions, or formatting errors when exporting data into CSV or PDF file systems.
4. Intellectual Property
The source code patterns, application graphics layouts, custom design themes, and brand assets are the exclusive property of the developer.
